We provide life vests for the snorkeling portion and at the cenote, so everyone can safely participate, even beginners or non-swimmers.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Absolutely.
The tour is family-friendly, and children can enjoy all activities at every stop, including the ruins, the cenote, and the turtle sanctuary.
How does the pickup work?
During the booking process, simply enter your preferred pickup location.
This can be within the hotel zones or at a designated meeting point.
Don’t worry — we will personally contact you after your reservation to confirm and ensure that your pickup is arranged smoothly and without stress.
What kind of vehicle do we travel in?
